  1. Brilliant post. Haven't seen these in a while. Thanks for the tips. You are turning into a right Nigel Slater on the quiet or a secret Nigella. :) You should look into becoming a food writer, when you ever get some time. You are very good at it. Keep up the good work!

  2. Thanks Roguedesigner - this post is a work in progress but I am enjoying building the food side of my blog. Need to strengthen some other areas though now though!
